Shipping
When will my order arrive?
To check the estimated arrival time for each piece, click the “View Your Order” button in your Order Confirmation email - this will take you to your order status page.
Why did I only receive some of the items in my order?
Orders with multiple pieces may ship separately, but all items should ship within a week of your initial shipping confirmation. Although the shipping confirmation email shows every piece in your order,
it’s not reflective of what’s in your first package. If you get multiple shipments, you’ll receive a new tracking number for each package.
When will I know if my order has shipped?
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email from us once your pieces are on their way.
Why hasn't my package moved?
Keep an eye on the tracking link for a couple of days. If it still hasn’t moved, your local post office will have the best idea of where your package will be. Still don’t have an answer? Reach out to our Care Team.
I’ve emailed your team and haven’t gotten a reply yet.
Our current response time is 1-2 business days. We have a high volume of messages and we appreciate your patience while we answer every message in the order we receive them.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?
You should receive a confirmation email after your purchase. If you have not received an email from us within an hour of purchase, it’s possible that there’s a typo in your email address. Please reach out to our Care Team with your full name, date of purchase and what you ordered to check the order status.
Why haven’t I received a shipment confirmation?
If you haven't received a shipping notification, it is likely that your order is still in production. Handmade takes time and each piece is made to order, so we do have significant production time. You'll see your estimated production time on your order confirmation (and each listing will show a production timeframe as well).
My order has shipped, but I haven’t received it.
If you’ve received your shipping confirmation and your package is still moving according to your tracking number, please be patient as sometimes the mail can be unpredictable! Let us know if you haven't received a package after it's marked delivered or you experience an unusual delay.

Sizing
Measuring Bracelets
The best way to make sure your bracelet fits you just right is to take a measurement yourself! All you need is a piece of string and something to measure it with. STEP 1
Wrap a string around your wrist so it fits comfortably snug. STEP 2
Lay the string on a ruler. For a tighter fit, add 1/4 inch. For a looser fit, add 1/2 inch.
Already own a bracelet that fits you perfectly? Simply measure the chain and jot down its length!
P.S.– When in doubt size up!
Still not sure? Don't sweat it: Remember we offer exchanges for store credit for six months after you receive your piece.
BRACELET EXTENDERS
For a little more flexibility, we’ve added a 1-inch extender to each bracelet to help you get the perfect fit!
If you know the exact length and would like your bracelet without an extender just leave us a note at check out and we’ll skip the extender.
You can also download a printable bracelet sizing guide here!
Need a hand? Clasping A Bracelet Yourself
As anyone who’s ever worn a bracelet knows all too well, trying to clasp them shut with one hand can be a pain. We’ve devised a highly advanced, foolproof method for clasping bracelets shut on your own. All you need is a paperclip! Take a peek at the demonstration image, then follow the directions below for a neat party trick:
- Find a paperclip and pull it open as shown in the image above.
- Hold one end of the paperclip in the palm of your hand, then use your other hand to weave the loop end of the bracelet through the other end of the paperclip.
- With your bracelet held in place by the paperclip, you can easily wrap it around your wrist and use your free hand to clasp it shut.
How do I know what size chain fits me?
The best way to make sure your necklace fits correctly is to take a measurement yourself! All you need is a piece of string and a ruler or measuring tape.

Measuring Your Ring Size
Tips for Ring Sizing
Measuring your finger may seem simple, but there are quite a few things that can result in an inaccurate measurement. Here are our five tips to help with whatever option you choose for ring sizing:
- Make sure the ring sizer fits over your knuckle. Knuckles can be wider than fingers, so you may need to order a half-size larger to accommodate.
- Temperature can affect sizing. Cold temperatures can cause your fingers to constrict, while extreme heat can cause them to swell.
- Measure the finger you plan on wearing the ring. Sounds obvious, but the same finger on a different hand can vary.
- Salty foods or alcohol can cause swelling. For a more accurate measurement, wait a day or two after drinking or eating salty foods before measuring.
- If you feel like you’re between sizes, order a half-size up—it’s better to have a slightly larger ring to accommodate for that swelling that may come after those salty snack and beer days!
Want to remember your ring size? Print out this sweet pic that we use for fitting models: Write your ring sizes on all the fingers, snap a photo of it and you're set.
